We also flag any pre-existing wear we find during the inspection separately from new storm damage, since insurers distinguish between the two.
Hail and wind damage isn't always visible from the driveway — our Storm Damage Roof Repair inspections check every slope, not just what's easy to see.
Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Licensed Brooks, GA technicians conduct every Storm Damage Roof Repair damage assessment.
Post-storm call volume spikes fast — our Brooks crews prioritize active leaks first, then work through the queue.

We've seen what speeds a claim through and what slows it down, and we document accordingly.
Here's what a typical Storm Damage Roof Repair visit after a Brooks storm event includes.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
We check shingle tabs and seal lines across the whole roof, not just the visibly missing sections.
Debris removal and structural assessment happen together, not as two separate visits.
We document storm damage with photos and measurements formatted for how Brooks, GA carriers typically review claims.
Once damage is documented, we move to repair — targeted fixes for isolated damage, full sections where needed.
We check gutters and downspouts alongside the roof, since storm damage rarely stops at the roofline.
Describe what happened and what you're seeing, and we'll get an inspection scheduled.
We check for hail bruising, lifted shingles, and debris impact across the full roof.
You receive a written damage report and repair estimate, formatted for insurance claim purposes if needed.
We follow up after repairs to confirm everything held through the next weather event.
